The qualifications of Deputy Director will be that of Associate Professor as per “UGC REGULATIONS ON MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT OF TEACHERS AND OTHER ACADEMIC STAFF IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES AND MEASURES FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS IN HIGHER EDUCATION2010” or subsequent regulations adopted by the Government of Punjab from time to time |

| Post Doctoral Fellows | (i) The candidate must have a Ph.D. degree in the relevant subject preferably with published research work to their credit. (ii) Only Ph.D. awarded unemployed candidates will be eligible for the award of Postdoctoral Fellowships. |
| Research Fellows | The candidate must have qualified UGC/CSIR NET-JRF or any equivalent in the relevant subject and have Post Graduate degree with 55% marks with relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates applicable as per Government of India Norms |
