GSECL Educational Qualification :
- Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer): Aspirants who have done full-time B.E (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation and Control/Electronics/Environment/Metallurgy/Civil)/B. Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation and Control/Electronics/Environment/Metallurgy/Civil) in regular mode from a recognized university approved by UGC/AICTE with a minimum of 55% aggregate in 7th and 8th semester with ATKT can apply for the jobs.
- Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Assistant): Who have done full-time B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA and BBA from a recognized university approved by UGC with at least 55% marks in the final year are eligible for JA posts.
GSECL Eligibility Criteria :

Junior Engineer:
- For Unreserved Category: 35 years
- For Reserved & EWS Category: 40 years
Junior Assistant:
- For Unreserved Category: 30 years

- Shortlisted contenders in GSECL Vidyut Sahayak Recruitment 2020 will get a fixed remuneration of Rs, 37000/- per month for Junior Engineer posts, Rs. 17,500/- for JuniorAssistant posts for the 1st year. Incremental remuneration for 2nd year to 5th year as per the organization rules.
- The initial pay scale for JE is Rs. 45400-101200 and Junior Assistant is Rs. 25000-55800/- per month

Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL) has released job notification for recruitment of Lab Tester vacancies. As per GSECL Recruitment 2019 notification, totally 35 vacancies are published for government jobs. Interested candidates who are eligible for GSECL recruitment 2019 may submit their online application form through GSECL careers page between 06th September 2019 to 26th September 2019. About Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL) :
The Company was promoted by erstwhile Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB) as it’s wholly owned subsidiary in the context of liberalization and as a part of efforts towards restructuring of the Power Sector. GSECL has initiated its activities in the field of Generation of Power. The Government of Gujarat (GoG) has also given to the GSECL the status of Independent Power Producer (IPP) with approval to undertake new power projects.. The Company commenced it’s commercial operation in the year 1998. However, the operations of GSECL were limited to Power Stations units Gandhinagar #5, Wanakbori #7, Utran GBPS & Dhuvaran CCPP till the complete unbundling of erstwhile GEB was undertaken, i.e. up to 31st March 2005.
