National Institute of Technology ,Karnataka (NIT) has released job notification for recruitment of Technical Assistant,Junior Engineer,Library and Information Assistant,SAS Assistant,Superintend,Senior Technician,Technician,Senior Assistant,Junior Assistant,Office Attendant /Lab Attendant vacancies. As per NIT Karnataka Recruitment 2019 notification, totally 137 vacancies are published for government jobs. Interested candidates who are eligible for NIT Karnataka recruitment 2019 may submit their online application form through NIT Karnataka careers page between 19th June 2019 to 17th July 2019. National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), formerly known as Karnataka Regional Engineering College (KREC), also known as NITK Surathkal, is a public engineering university at Surathkal, Mangalore. It was founded in 1960 as KREC while today, it is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technology in India and is recognised as an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India. EDUCATION QUALIFICATION :
Technical Assistant- First Class or equivalent Grade in B.E. /B.Tech. / MCA in relevant subject Or First Class Diploma in Engineering in relevant Field with excellent academic record .
Junior Engineer / Library and Information Assistant/ SAS Assistant-A. Junior Engineer First Class B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil/ Electrical Engineering B. SAS Assistant (i) First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education. (ii) Strong record of participation in sports and drama /music /films /painting /Photography/ journalism event management or other student/ event management activities during college/ University studies. C. Library & Information Assistant : First Class Bachelors Degree in Science/ Arts/ Commerce and Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science.
Superintend-i) First Class Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent ii) Knowledge of Computer applications viz., Word processing, Spread Sheet.
AEE (Environment)-Candidates having Engineering Degree in Environment Engineering/Environment Science with minimum 60% marks /Engineering Degree with minimum 60% marks with M.Tech/ME in Environment Engineering/Environment Science will be eligible for this post.
Senior Technician– Senior secondary (10+2) with Science with at least 60% marks Or Senior secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks and ITI Course of one year or higher duration in appropriate trade.
Technician– Senior secondary (10+2) with Science with at least 60% marks or Senior secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks and ITI Course of one year or higher duration in appropriate trade.
Senior Assistant– Senior secondary (10+2) with a minimum Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
Junior Assistant– Senior secondary (10+2) with a minimum Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
Office Attendant /Lab Attendant– Office Attendant : Senior secondary (10+2) Lab Attendant : Senior secondary (10+2) in Science..
