SPA Recruitment 2019 :

School of Planning and Architecture (SPA ) has released job notification for recruitment of Group B & C vacancies. As per SPA Recruitment 2019 notification, totally 34 vacancies are published for government jobs. Interested candidates who are eligible for SPA recruitment 2019 may submit their online application form through SPA careers page between 29th June 2019 to 29th July 2019. Candidates should have completed 10th/12th/ Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Degree or its equivalent qualification and must have attained the prescribed age limitations. SPA will to conduct written exam for selection of suitable candidates. The exact date, time & venue for Written test will be given in the SPA Admit Card. Candidates can pay the registration fee via Online Payment Mode.

About School of Planning and Architecture :

The School of Planning and Architecture had a modest beginning in 1941 as a Department of Architecture of Delhi Polytechnic. It was later affiliated to the University of Delhi and integrated with the School of Town and Country Planning which was established in 1955 by the Government of India to provide facilities for rural, urban and regional planning. On integration, the School was renamed as School of Planning and Architecture in 1959. Recognizing the specialized nature of the fields in which the School had attained eminence, in 1979, the Government of India, through the then Ministry of Education and Culture, conferred on the School of Planning and Architecture the status of “Deemed to be a University”. With this new status, the School had broadened its horizon by introducing new academic and extension programmes and promoting research and consultancy activities. It was recognized as “An Institute of National Importance under an Act of Parliament” in 2015.

Section Officer- Postgraduate Degree in Commerce/Arts or equivalent examination of a reco91ized University and 5 years experience as Assistant or in educational/administrative Institution (Govt. of India or autonomous bodies) and having practical knowledge in accounts/ academic administration..
Personal Assistant-Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Board 5 years of experience in a well established/ reputed office.
Senior Assistant-Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Board 5 years of experience in a well established/ reputed office.

Group C

Assistant-Sr. Secondary examination (12th Standard) its equivalent qualification from a recognized Unversity/Board.5 years of experience in a well established/ reputed office.
Stenographer– Degree in.Arts or Science or Commerce from a recognized university/Board 5 years of experience in a well established/ reputed office.
Junior Assistant-Sr. Secondary examination (12th Standard) its equivalent qualification from a recognized Unversity/Board.
Hindi Typist– Sr. Secondary examination (12th Standard) its equivalent qualification from a recognized Unversity/Board.
