Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is a Gujarat Council of Elementary Education initiative by Department of Education, Government of Gujarat for providing free education to the children age between 6 to 14 years according to the 86th amendment to the Constitution of India. Free training is the fundamental right to tend to provide to every child from 6 to 14 years of age by the government. One of the main motives of the Government of Gujarat is to strengthen the education system. This is being done by constructing various schools are providing facilities to the children.

SSA also pay attention to the recruitment of professionals teachers for children education. For existing teachers facility of training is provided by the Government of Gujarat. Many other teacher monitoring systems and online attendance system are also active on the SSA Gujarat Online Hajari Portal.

SSA Online Hajari-Objective 

The main objective of online hajari is to prevent the absenteeism of teachers at the school level. A lot of allegations are thrown at government school teachers and other employees stating that the required staff is not present in the class.

• Online attendance of teachers can be filled only from 11:30 am in the morning, Monday to Friday.
• Attendance for second shift schools can be filled from Monday to Friday at 02:00 pm

• Attendance for all school teachers will be filled by 12:30 hours on Saturday.

શિક્ષકોની ઓનલાઇન હાજરી સોમવાર થી શુક્રવાર સુધી માત્ર સવારે 11:30 કલાક સુધી જ ભરી શકાશે.
બીજી પાળી વાળી શાળાઓ ની હાજરી સોમવાર થી શુક્રવાર સુધી બપોરે 02:00 કલાક સુધી જ ભરી શકાશે.
શનિવારના રોજ બધી જ શાળાના શિક્ષકોની હાજરી બપોરે 12:30 કલાક સુધી ભરી જ શકાશે.
સૂચનાઓ :-

• 1. Login with USERNAME and PASSWORD of your child tracking system.
• 2. Providing online attendance at our school is mandatory.
• 3. If you have difficulty in attending online, e-mail your suggestions and complaints to [email protected]
• 4. Complete school attendance as soon as school starts.
• 4. Your IP address and attendance time are also taken into the system which should be noted by the survey teacher friends.

• 1. આપનાં ચાઈલ્ડ ટ્રેકિંગ સિસ્ટમના USERNAME અને PASSWORD થી લોગીન કરવું.
• 2. આપણી શાળાની ઓનલાઇન હાજરી પુરવી ફરજિયાત છે.
• 3. જો આપને ઓનલાઇન હાજરી પુરવામાં તકલીફ હોય તો આપના સૂચનો અને ફરિયાદ [email protected] પર ઇ-મેઇલ કરવા.
• 4. શાળાની હાજરી શાળા શરૂ થતાની સાથે જ પુરી કરવી.
• 4. આપના IP એડ્રેસ અને હાજરી પુરવાનો સમય પણ સિસ્ટમમાં લેવામાં આવે છે જેની સર્વે શિક્ષક મિત્રોએ નોંધ લેવી.

Procedure To Download Study From Home Material

Schools are still closed due to Corona virus infection. Online classes have been started for the student to continue his studies. You can get the study material from the steps given here.

•  Click on the link “Study from Home Material” in the Important Links section on the homepage of the website.
• You can also click on the Home Learning option, a new page will open with standard intelligent video and textbook links.
